I build software that takes work off your hands.

Not an agency selling hours, but a maker with a product family of my own — built by a team of AI agents that never sleeps, under my own direction.

I build in the open and stay honest about what already works and what's still in progress.

How I build

A team that never sleeps

For years, AiPOX was quite literally one person with an endless list. Servers falling over at night, a firewall config that only existed in my head. That didn't change by working more hours, but by setting up AI agents as colleagues that genuinely carry the work: system administration, development and product ownership, around the clock, under my direction.

Systems that watch themselves

A tiered guard keeps an eye on the whole platform day and night: Proxmox, firewall, network, backups. It knows the difference between noise and an incident, so no one stares at a dashboard. I get a message when it genuinely matters, and can respond straight from my phone.

Work that simply keeps going

Developers work on features independently, each in their own environment. The dull, repetitive, error-prone work that never used to get finished now happens reliably. Everything is as-code and traceable in git, not in my memory.

Direction stays human

A product owner guards priorities and thinks along; the agents coordinate through a channel of their own. What's left for me is the work that matters: deciding where time and money go, and calling the shot at the right moments.

One line, drawn by me

Anything internal and reversible, a new VM, a firewall rule, a DNS record, has standing approval; no one has to ask. Anything that becomes visible to the outside world or is hard to undo, like a production cutover or a change that touches access or costs money, is reviewed first. That's the frame; within it there's freedom, autonomy, and therefore speed.

The products

In progress

One shared workspace for buyers and their suppliers. Sourcing, orders, production, shipping and quality in one place — with a full trail of what happened. Built in the open, module by module.

SmartDocGen

Live

A grip on processes, risks and controls in one governed model. Process steps, roles (RASCI), risks, controls and data all connected — with governance and an APQC benchmark built in. For teams that want to prove they're in control.

About me and the company

My name is Arthur. As a Westlander, I know: things must be good, affordable and reliable.

From hobby to passion

My IT passion began in the '90s: first modems, floppies, dotcom bubble. I've seen technology change and was always right in the middle of it. What was a hobby became my profession. Everything I wanted to understand, I taught myself. From hardware to software — from system management to development.. That autodidactic curiosity still drives me: keep discovering how things really work.

Practical experience that counts

Nearly 30 years in horticulture and fresh produce — from the shop floor to management level. I know the operations from the inside out. This allows me to connect people, process and technology. I understand how important continuity and reliability are in organizations that must operate every day.

Connector between worlds

I connect generations and technologies. One foot in DOS and diskettes, the other in AI and automation. That perspective helps: technology is a means, not an end. Work becomes smarter, simpler, and more human. Always fitting your situation — because theory without practice is worthless.

My strength: breadth and depth. Broad foundation in IT and process management, deep sector knowledge of horticulture and fresh produce.

My conviction: every organization is unique, but principles of good technology and reliable cooperation are universal.

In practice: from systems administration and automation to building software of my own that takes work off your hands.
